Craig Chalquist
Craig Chalquist, Ph.D. is an academic director at National university and former Associate Provost of Pacifica Graduate Institute. He teaches at the intersection of psyche, story, nature, reenchantment, and imagination through courses on depth psychology, applied folklore, ecotherapy, and his own field of terrapsychology, the study of how the things of the world get into our hearts and live there: “Converse with everything!”
Biography
I have taught in higher ed for 15 years: community college, undergrad, and several graduate programs. All my books seek to understand how intricate linkages of selfhood, folklore, relationships, places, history, and Earth intersect to reenchant our relations with self, world, and each other.Education
