My passion has always been psychology and art therapy. My approach is a combination of Jungian and Gestalt art psychotherapy. I specializes in Dreams and art therapy as well as in Somatic art therapy. I have been teaching Somatic art therapy workshops for more than 25 years at my own private Institute and at Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, where students learn to use physical pains and unpleasant sensations as a way to work on psyche and traumas. I love to offer workshops in Costa Rica on Art therapy and the Greek Goddesses or on Dreams.

Painting is now my main passion! I use acrylics and am a colourist and a semi-abstract visual artist. I paint what my imaginations sees on the canvas and am surprised to see what comes up.
I have also been walking on the Compostelle ways in France and Québec each summer for 8 years.
