Hi I'm Mark Spalek, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Writer, Life Coach, Teacher and Property Developer. I love my varied career and no one day is ever the same! The thing I love most about writing is that you can venture deeply into the techniques of integrative therapy and this is what my sister and myself have done with regards to our book, 'Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy - A Textbook'. Biography
I love a varied lifestyle and have worked hard to build a portfolio career which is exciting and dynamic.In the past I worked in the music industry and owned a recording studio for 10 years in London, great fun!
Now in my spare time I do up houses and collect vinyl.
Writing allows me to focus on something that I enjoy; the experience is truly meditative and ideas seem to flow out of me once I start typing!
