BiographyProfessor Oswaldo Morales has extensive experience in academic administration, teaching, research, and consulting. He has served as Director of Online Education at ESAN University. He has served as a human resources consultant to major companies. His interests lie in business and management, intercultural management, social conflict management, organizational culture, and entrepreneurship. His multidisciplinary experience allows him to approach human capital development from a creative perspective, focusing on generating value.
He is member of the editorial review board of the Journal Mundo Asia Pacifico from EAFIT University in Colombia, part of the Peruvian team working in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) study, Country Co-Investigator (CCIs) in the Globe Project and Peruvian Ambassador of the International Academic Network (IAP) sponsored by the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (UAM) and the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) from Harvard University.
He published articles in his Blog that appeared in newspapers and business magazines from Latin America: America Economía, Business, Anda News, Links Japan Peru, El Comercio, Gestion, among others.

Oswaldo is an enthusiastic soccer player and he also enjoy practices Pilates. He is passionate about reading novels and he prefer Latin American classic authors like Mario Vargas Llosa, Gabriel García Marquez and Isabel Allende but also, he enjoy new generations authors like Santiago Gamboa, Renato Cisneros and Santiago Roncagliolo. His favorite author in historical novels is Taylor Caldwell. He listens rock in Spanish and romantic music too. He is a husband and father with family being the base of his life. He is a passionate traveler who has visited many places in Peru and around the world.
