Born and educated in Philadelphia, trained at the Cleveland Clinic in Dermatology and the first Mohs surgeon to practice in Pennsylvania. Currently a Clinical Professor of Dermatology, Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Editor of 3 editions of a highly acclaimed textbook on Botulinum Toxins.
