Board-certified in neurology and Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association, Fellow of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (of Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, and Ireland) and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Reviewer, associate editor, guest editor in international peer-reviewed Journals, and former Editor-in-Cheif.
