Hillary Moses Daluz
Hillary Daluz is a consultant for Forensic Identification Services, Instructor for Tri-Tech Forensics, Instructor for Aspen University and familiar face on the international forensic lecture scene. She has worked at municipal, federal and private forensics laboratories, including a deployed position in Baghdad, Iraq. Her experience as a collegiate and professional instructor make Daluz uniquely qualified to make difficult forensic concepts accessible to new and experienced scientists alike.
Biography
As an active duty military spouse, I have been privileged to work in a variety of forensics positions over the past 15 years across the nation and the world, from Hawaii to Iraq. I started my career in San Francisco working as a Forensic Specialist for Forensic Identification Services. I then worked as a Police Identification Specialist for the City of Hayward Police Department in California. After earning a Masters of Science in Forensic Science from the University of California, Davis I deployed to the Joint Expeditionary Forensic Facility at Camp Victory in Baghdad, Iraq as a Latent Print Examiner. After returning stateside I joined the faculty of the Forensic Sciences program at Chaminade University of Honolulu. I then moved to Virginia to take a management position as a Senior Latent Print Technician with American Systems, processing a wide range of complex forensic material associated with IEDs. I currently work as an independent contractor in multiple sectors of the forensic science community. I am a forensic specialist for Forensic Identification Services, an instructor for Tri Tech Forensics, and instructor for Aspen University, and am frequently traveling to lecture at forensics conferences worldwide. I am also a Board Member of the International Association for Identification.Education
