I am an Associate Professor in the Philosophy Department at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My research primarily focuses on issues in contemporary epistemology and philosophy of science. I'm particularly interested in explanatory reasoning and its role in responding to skeptical challenges as well as generating scientific and everyday knowledge.
