Patrick Casement
I am now retired from clinical practice but continue with some supervision. My most recent DVD lecture (January 2014) "My psychoanalytic journey in retrospect" was at the invitation of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology for their online program in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
Biography
I graduated at Cambridge in Anthropology and Theology. I then trained and worked as a probation officer (3 years) followed by family casework (7 years). Concurrently with this I trained as a psychotherapist with the British Association of Psychotherapists. I subsequently trained again as a psychoanalyst with the British Institute of Psychoanakysis of which I am a fellow member. I am also a member of the International Psychoanalytic Association.Education
