Principal
Stat-Ease, Inc.

I was introduced to multifactor testing via statistical design of experiments (DOE) as an apprentice chemical engineer in 1974. After that I always laid out a planned experiment whenever possible. In the late 1990s Productivity Press accepted my proposal to write a how-to book on DOE in a way that kept it simple and made it fun. This ran completely counter to most statistics books. I am very pleased to help other technical professionals over the hurdles of learning these powerful methods.
