Michael Cramer
During summers while in college I began working for Swift & Company in eastern Pennsylvania. It's been over 35 years since then and I still love working in the food industry. While most of my years have been in food safety and quality I also have experience in operations. I've worked in meat and poultry as well as bakery and have worked with suppliers in many other food categories.
Biography
In addition to my work, I am a member of the International Association for Food Protection and the American Society for Quality through which I earned my Certified Quality Auditor status. I am on the editorial advisory board for Food Safety Magazine and have contributed many articles for the magazine. I have spoken at the North American Meat Association and Southwest Meat Association conferences and at the Food Safety Summit.Education

Hiking and camping, skiing, photography and travel. Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phillies!. Of course I also have a great interest in food (Philly Cheese Steaks) and wine!
