BiographyIn addition to my work, I am a member of the International Association for Food Protection and the American Society for Quality through which I earned my Certified Quality Auditor status. I am on the editorial advisory board for Food Safety Magazine and have contributed many articles for the magazine. I have spoken at the North American Meat Association and Southwest Meat Association conferences and at the Food Safety Summit.
As a food safety and quality professional I don't consider myself to be an expert in any single area. We have to be very knowledgeable in many areas and continue learn in our field.
Hiking and camping, skiing, photography and travel. Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phillies!. Of course I also have a great interest in food (Philly Cheese Steaks) and wine!
