Life expectancy has increased, HIV infection rates are down 27 percent, and the battle against malaria is being won, he says.

While debt is increasing in the Western world, Africa’s debt levels continue to go down – strengthening their government and politics, and raising their education levels as a result. Foreign companies are now pouring into Africa, investing in everything from energy to commerce.
