    Biography

    Joel Spring is Professor Emeritus at Queens College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, USA. His scholarship focuses on educational globalization, educational policy and the politics of education, and he has published over 20 academic books and six novels. He is an enrolled citizen of the Choctaw Nation.
