It questions whether developments in Eurasia affect other conflicts across the globe, and if differences between parties can be resolved without pulling the relations beyond adjustable limits. Debidatta Aurobinda Mahapatra is Assistant Professor of South and Central Asian Studies at the Central University of Punjab, India. His areas of expertise are conflict, peace and development and strategic aspects of Eurasian politics.
