    Biography

    John McCafferty BEng PhD MBChB MD MRCP is a Respiratory Consultant at Royal Edinburgh Infirmary, Scotland, UK. He specialises in interventional pulmonology, lung cancer and pleural disease.

    James M Forsyth MBBS MRCS MSc (HPE) is a Vascular & Endovascular Surgery Registrar at the Leeds Vascular Institute, UK. His special interests include diabetic foot disease, vascular access and major trauma.
