About the Authors

Natalie Corthésy, former Legal Officer in the Ministry of Labour, is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. She holds a LLM in Intellectual Property Law (UCL). She lectures Tort, Intellectual Property and Industrial Relations Law.

Carla-Anne Harris-Roper is the Director, Legal Services Division, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Jamaica. She holds a LLM in Employment Law (East Anglia). She lectures Labour and Employment Law in the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica.
