    Biography

    Rudy Kor and Gert Wijnen are senior partners at Twynstra Gudde Consultants and Managers, an international, independent consultancy firm with over 500 employees. Both authors specialise in project and programme management. For some decades they have assisted in starting up, auditing and assessing projects and programmes, and trained thousands of people in project and programme management.
