    Biography

    Cynthia McCabe is the Director of Elementary Schools for Carroll County Public Schools in Westminster, Maryland. Over her career in the state of Maryland, she has been a classroom teacher, a gifted and talented resource specialist, an assistant principal, a principal, and an elementary supervisor of curriculum and instruction. Cindy has also worked as an adjunct instructor at Towson University in Towson, Maryland, supervising administrative interns and teaching courses in the educational leadership division.
