    Chathapuram S. Ramanathan has worked in the human service area for over three decades, and is currently the Chief Executive of Human Service Enterprises, Michigan, USA.

    Subhabrata Dutta is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Social Work at Assam University (A Central University) in Silchar, India.
