    Biography

    Wolfgang Osterhage was born in Hoerstel in 1948, brought up in Rheine, North-Rhine-Westfalia, Germany. He is married, with three adult children, and has been living in Wachtberg-Niederbachem near Bonn since 1989. He has a PhD in Physics and Information Technology and is the founder and owner of “numeric tech”, a consulting company specializing in IT-quality, IT-security, data migration, performance and scientific calculations. He is currently an associate lecturer at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main, Germany and is the Co-Editor of Windows Kompendium, WEKA Publishing Company,in Kissing, Germany and Open Journal of Communications and Software, Scientific Online Publishing.
