    Biography

    Daphne A. Roe, M.D., is Professor, Division of Nutritional Sciences, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York and Adjunct Professor, Upstate Medical Center, State University of New York at Syracuse. She is also Consultant Dermatologist to the University Health Services at Cornell.
