Ronald M. Holmes is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Justice Administration at the University of Louisville. Stephen T. Holmes is an Associate Professor and Criminal Justice Graduate Coordinator of the Department of Criminal Justice and Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida.
