    Averil Leimon is a partner at White Water Strategies, a London-based consulting firm. She has pioneered the process of coaching in business for over 20 years.

    François Moscovici is co-founder of White Water Strategies. His career as a strategy consultant, business manager, in-house mentor and executive coach has mainly been with companies such as Thorn EMI and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Gladeana McMahon is a leading personal development and executive coach. She is a Vice President and Fellow of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
