    John Thirkell is a Senior Lecturer in Industrial Relations, Richard Scase is Professor of Sociology and Organizational Behaviour, and Sarah Vickerstaff is a Senior Lecturer in Social and Public Policy, all at the University of Kent at Canterbury.
