    Biography

    Dr. Sankha Chakrabortty is a well-known researcher who has more than ten years of experience in the fields of environmental engineering and green technology. He is currently an assistant professor at the School of Biotechnology/Chemical Technology at KIIT Deemed to be University in India. His work has been published in over 35 SCI/SCOPUS indexed high impact factor journals, and he has also submitted patent applications for eight of his inventions. During the course of his ten-year research career, he has been recognized by a variety of organizations and received fourteen awards or accolades. He was awarded the "Best Paper Award-2015" by the SPRINGER publisher in 2015, the "Best Researcher Award-2020" by an international organisation in the previous year, and the "NESA Young Scientist of the Year 2020" title by the National Environmental Science Academy in 2020. All of these accolades were presented in 2015. In addition, Dr. Chakrabortty was presented with an additional award by KIIT University in the category of "STE-Young Scientist Award (Faculty Category)" in recognition of the outstanding research that he has conducted.

    Dr. Jayato Nayak, Assistant Professor, Center for Life Sciences of Mahindra University is a prominent researcher with more than 10 years of experience in the field of novel design and applications embracing the theme of process intensification. His core expertise includes water and wastewater treatment through adsorption, sludge treatment and reutilization, graphene integrated photocatalyst development and bio-synthesis of value-added products. Currently, along with the national collaboration with IITs, NITs and CSIR Labs, he has extended research collaborations with research professionals in Poland, Brazil, Malaysia, Vietnam etc. He is having more than 25 international SCI/SCOPUS indexed peer reviewed journal papers, more than 15 book chapters and filed 3 patents. As of now, with more than 400 Citations, he is having h-index of 10 and i10-index of 10. He is providing his expertise as Resource person for several Webinars; Senior Editor, Review Editor, Guest Editor, Editorial board member and recognized reviewer of more than 15 international journals. He has received 5 distinguished awards from various organizations.

    Dr. Shirsendu Banerjee is currently working as an assistant professor at the School of Biotechnology/Chemical Technology at KIIT Deemed to be University in India. His work has been published in more than 15 SCI/SCOPUS indexed high impact factor journals while guiding a good number of PhD candidates under his supervision. He has also received several awards in the field of research for his outstanding research approaches.

    Dr. Maulin P Shah is an active researcher and scientific writer in his field for over 20 years. He received a B.Sc. degree (1999) in Microbiology from Gujarat University, Godhra (Gujarat), India. He also earned his Ph.D. degree (2005) in Environmental Microbiology from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar (Gujarat) India. His research interests include Biological Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Microbiology, Biodegradation, Bioremediation, & Phytoremediation of Environmental Pollutants from Industrial Wastewaters. He has published more than 350 research papers in national and international journals of repute on various aspects of microbial biodegradation and bioremediation of environmental pollutants. He is the editor of 150 books of international repute. He has edited 25 special issues specifically in Industrial Wastewater Research, Microbial Remediation, Biorefinery of Wastewater Treatment area. He is associated as an Editorial Board Member in 25 highly reputed journals.
