Biography
A practicing board-certified internal medicine physician with a master’s degree in public health, Dr. Vaidya has extensive experience in highrisk value-based health care, including the Henry Ford Medical Group Population Health Initiative: Ambulatory Intensive Care Unit, PACE (Program for the All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly), and the Veterans Health Administration Home-Based Primary Care Program, the largest value-based program in the country. His leadership focuses on collaborative interprofessional patient-centered development enhancing quality of care for high-risk patients. He resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with his wife and two daughters, though in the summer you are more likely finding him at his family cottage on the lake in northern Michigan.
