Do you ever wonder why an airline’s communication strategy can crash and burn in a crisis? A lack of understanding an acceptable aviation communication strategy can, in this fast world of social media, ruin a company’s credibility in the aviation industry.

Aviation Communication: Strategy and Messages for Ensuring Success and Preventing Failures is the first go-to book to reveal to everyone in the aviation industry how to stop an organization’s communication strategy from becoming the tragedy-after-the-tragedy that we’ve seen so often. "Aviation is not without its fair amount of challenges. Linda provided AirAsia much help and input during the tragedy that struck us in 2014. This is a great book that helps prepare communicators and business leaders in facing the worst. As Linda rightly points out, communication is a thought process and needs to be practised. Just remember to throw in good common sense and moral conscience and you will come out stronger from any situation."Tony Fernandes, Group CEO, AirAsia Group

"This book provides a unique approach to communication for aviation professionals in not just the investigation process but the everyday workplace. It would be beneficial for all segments of the industry including commercial because it is not public relations but a practical approach to communication that will carry through to many audiences and be the difference between success and failure."Javier Venegas, CANSO, Regional Director, Latin America and Caribbean Affairs
