Rodney K. Goodyear is Professor of Education at the University of Redlands, CA, USA. He is also Emeritus Professor of Education (Counseling Psychology) and former Associate Dean at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA.

James W. Lichtenberg is Emeritus Professor (Counseling Psychology) and former Associate Dean of Education at the University of Kansas, USA.
