"As Marie’s supervisor and mentor for over 15 years, I admire her skilful use of cognitive behavioural principles within Occupational Health practice. Her approach allows for a more detailed assessment that takes account of psychosocial and work-related factors, and it provides a sound framework for a resilience-focused return to work planning." — Michael Neenan, Author of Developing Resilience: A Cognitive Behavioural Approach (2nd edn. 2018)
