Chris Molyneux is a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience and was awarded the youngest ever Senior Accredited Counsellor by the BACP in 2016. He is the founder of the YouTube channel “Chris the Counsellor” where he translates psychological ideas into relatable insights for people navigating everyday life and specialises in the person-centred approach.
