Biography

K. P. Jaheer Mukthar is a research faculty member in the Department of Economics in Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, Bengaluru, India. With a strong focus on technology, business, and sustainability, his research contributions have made a significant impact in these areas. His research was recognized and awarded at various international conferences, including the 13th Global Islamic Marketing Conference in Turkey and the 2022 International Conference on Business and Technology in Turkey, among others. He was also awarded the best paper awards from renowned conferences, such as the 6th Equal Opportunity Conference in Bahrain. In addition to his publications and conference contributions, he is also an esteemed guest editor, showcasing his expertise in the field. He also serves as an associate editor and is an editorial review board member for six Scopus-indexed journals.

Rosario Mercedes Huerta-Soto is an experienced economist and academic with a diverse background in both the public and private sectors. She holds a BA and an MA in Business Administration from the National University Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo (UNASAM). Dr Huerta-Soto has held various managerial positions, including roles at Financiera Confianza, Compartamos Financiera, and Agrobanco. She has also been actively involved in academia as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Economics and Accounting at UNASAM. In addition to her professional pursuits, Dr Huerta-Soto has contributed to academic research, with several articles published in reputable journals.

Vishal Jain is presently working as an associate professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sharda School of Engineering and Technology, Sharda University, Greater Noida, UP, India. Before that, he worked for several years as an associate professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi. He has more than 16 years of experience in academia. He obtained PhD (CSE), MTech (CSE), MBA (HR), MCA, MCP and CCNA. He has more than 1350 research citation indices with Google Scholar (h-index score 18 and i-10 index 34). He has authored more than 100 research papers in reputed conferences and journals, including Web of Science and Scopus. He has authored and edited more than 45 books with various reputed publishers, including Taylor and Francis Group. His research areas include information retrieval, semantic web, ontology engineering, data mining, ad hoc networks, and sensor networks. He received a Young Active Member Award for the year 2012–13 from the Computer Society of India, Best Faculty Award for the year 2017 and Best Researcher Award for the year 2019 from BVICAM, New Delhi.

Edwin Hernan Ramirez-Asis is a senior professor at the Universidad Nacional Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo, Huaraz, Perú. He is currently the director of the School of Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Tourism at the university. He has his PhD in management. He is a research professor recognized by the National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation, Peru. He has 15 years of experience in teaching and research. He has published ten articles in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. His research interests include information society, innovation in microfinance, and digital marketing.
