Pushan Kumar Dutta is an accomplished Assistant Professor at Amity University Kolkata, specializing in Electronics and Communication Engineering, AI, and IoT. A seasoned researcher, mentor, and editor, he manages the 'Sustainable Industrial Engineering Systems' series for CRC Press and has curated over 60 books for top publishers. With expertise in Industry 4.0/5.0, smart healthcare, and digital transformation, Dr. Dutta has authored high-impact publications, holds two patents, and is recognized as a Mentor of Change by NITI Aayog.
Amarnath Padhi is an experienced academic and researcher with over 17 years of expertise in the higher education industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources (HR) at NIST University, Brahmapur, Odisha, he specializes in teaching, training, HR policies, and leadership. Dr. Padhi holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resource Development (HRD) practices from Fakir Mohan University, a prestigious state university with NAAC 'A' Grade accreditation. His extensive academic background and practical insights make him a strong contributor to advancing research and education in HR and OB.
Sulagna Das is an Associate Professor at JIS University Kolkata with over 17 years of experience in Corporate and Academics. Her research areas cover Management and Social Science. She has papers on Banking, Microfinance, Digital Finance and Marketing, Blockchain and Finance, Cybersecurity aspects of the Finance Sector, Women Empowerment, etc. She has done her MBA and PhD from KIIT School of Management, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
Vinod Kr Sharma is a veteran professional with more than three decades of Academic and Administrative Experience serving as a Professor of Practice in Finance and Entrepreneurship at various Universities. Prof. Sharma is FCA, ISA, MBA, PhD and MCA from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India). He holds the role of an Advisory Member on the Board of Studies in various HEIs. He has authored a book titled 'Financial Decisions for Entrepreneurial Success'.
Poshan Yu is a lecturer in the University of Victoria Program at Soochow University, engaged in collaborative initiatives with globally recognized institutions including SKEMA Business School, Shanghai University’s Australian Studies Centre, Emlyon Business School, George Washington University at Renmin University of China (RUC), and KEDGE Business School’s RUC campus. His academic experience encompasses adjunct faculty roles at Krirk University (Thailand) and the European Business Institute (Luxembourg), complemented by a former casual academic at the University of South Australia Business School. Yu’s research influence is underscored by two visiting scholar positions at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In scholarly publishing, he serves as Associate Editor for Humanities & Social Sciences Communications (SSCI-indexed) and another peer-reviewed journal, while contributing to the editorial boards of EAJ II (European Academic Journal II) and EAJ III (European Academic Journal III).
