Biography
Dr. Claudia Mont’Alvão is Designer, Associate Professor and Researcher in the Graduate Program in Design at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, PUC-Rio, where she has been based since 2002. Her research focuses on practical methodologies for studying and applying Human Factors/ Ergonomics in human-computer interaction, information systems, supported by funded projects and recognized contributions to Brazilian research in these fields.
