Biography

Raghu Vijay Kowshik is an information technology executive with deep experience leading large-scale programs in Fortune 500 supply chains. He specializes in translating emerging tech into operational wins and has guided organizations through digital and AI transformations. He holds a PhD in Information Systems Management from Walden University, an MBA from Texas Christian University, a BE in Electronics & Communication, a Diploma in Industrial Management, and a BS in Mathematics from Bangalore University, India.

Peter Jay Sorenson is an organization design strategist and educator who helps non-technical teams adopt AI responsibly. He has led cross-disciplinary teams through the challenges of COVID-19 as a professor and leader, helping develop innovative solutions in a rapidly changing world. Throughout the pandemic, Pete’s work has been driven by the need to redesign systems, address remote work complexities, and incorporate AI, making him an invaluable resource for organizations seeking resilience and new paths forward.
