Biography

Jason Anker is Chairman and Director of Anker & Marsh in Lincoln, UK, founded in 2018. In 1993, he was paralysed from the waist down due to an avoidable incident on a construction site when he fell off a ladder. He was 24 years old. In 2009, he became a safety speaker and has turned his story into an internationally recognised company, Proud2bSafe, offering motivational and inspiring speakers and media to help companies on their safety journey. He has now presented worldwide over 3,000 times. Amongst many career awards, he was awarded an MBE in 2015

Tim Marsh is a is a Consultant, Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Fellow of IOSH, based in Penarth, UK. Widely considered a world authority on the subject of behavioural safety, safety leadership and organisational culture, Tim has worked with hundreds of companies around the world, including the BBC, the National Theatre and the European Space Agency, as well as blue-chip organizations from manufacturing, utilities, food and drink, oil and gas, construction and pharmaceutics. He has keynoted and chaired dozens of conferences around the world including the closing keynote at the Campbell Institute’s inaugural International Thoughts Leaders event in 2014. Dr, Marsh was made a Visiting Professor at Plymouth University, UK, in 2015.
