Biography

Vijaykumar S. Jatti is a Professor in the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Kiwale, Pune, Maharashtra, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Symbiosis International (Deemed University). He also holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Calicut and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He brings nearly 15 years of combined teaching, research, and industrial experience. His scholarly contributions include over 100 publications indexed in major databases such as Web of Science and Scopus, appearing in reputed journals and conference proceedings. He has 10 published patents to his credit and has authored 12 book chapters along with 11 books with leading publishers. He actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for international journals and conferences. He has successfully completed a funded research project and has guided several Ph.D. scholars, while also serving on doctoral committees. In addition, he has delivered invited talks at numerous academic and industrial forums. His contributions to academia and research have been recognized with 16 awards and appreciations.

A. Saiyathibrahim is currently affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, with a specialization in functionally graded materials. His research interests encompass advanced machining, centrifugal casting, functionally graded materials, and additive manufacturing. He has contributed extensively to the field through numerous book chapters, research articles in reputed scientific journals, and patented innovations. With over thirteen years of academic experience, he is also an active member of several professional bodies, including ISME, IAAM, IAAC, and ISDS.
