“Professor Warren’s 7th edition captures the dramatic changes to administrative law and public administration during the first year of Trump’s second term and recent Supreme Court decisions. The latest edition of his comprehensive textbook provides a detailed analysis of the historical legal principles and practices that governed administrative law in the American political system. Landmark administrative law cases decided by the Roberts’ court, such as Lucia, West Virginia, Loper Bright, and Trump v. U.S. are given considerable attention. Professor Warren deftly weaves the current political climate with recent decisions of the Supreme Court and analyzes their profound effect on constitutional law, administrative law, administrative agencies, and traditional democratic principles.”
