Biography
Ayan Datta has vast experience in digital circuit design, physical design, and timing convergence. He has been recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in the VLSI industry. He is an enthusiastic thought leader driving innovation across design and optimization in digital circuit design with over 6 US patents and 7 publications in leading IEEE conferences and journals. Ayan Datta is an acknowledged mentor and leader with a proven track record of bringing budding design engineers to become independent and move to the next level in the technical ladder. Currently, he is leading the design enablement team at Western Digital to develop the flows and methodologies for next-generation ASICs, and also working on the assessment of the newer technology nodes. Ayan Datta is Vice Chair of Professional Activity and industry engagement at IEEE Bangalore Section. He has served as Chair of IEEE CAS Bangalore Section.
Prabhavathi P is the CEO and Co-Founder of Skillsoc Technologies LLP, a company dedicated to AI plugins for EDA, high-quality, accessible education in semiconductor technology. With a proven background as a former Associate Professor in the higher education industry, she is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Professional Member of IEEE CASS, and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the IEEE CAS Bangalore Section. Prabhavathi P holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Mysore University along with a Master’s in VLSI and Embedded Systems. Her passion for design has led to the development of multiple analog IPs. Prabhavathi P has also published book chapters, technical papers in conferences and journals and science and technology related articles, contributing to the advancement of the semiconductor technology field. Many of her works have been recognised as best design papers. She remains committed to advancing the sector through both education and innovation.
