Biography
Debesh Mishra, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at IES University, Bhopal, India. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience. He has published articles in reputed journals and international conferences and has also contributed chapters to several internationally recognized books. His areas of interest include ergonomics, occupational health and safety, sustainability, supply chain management, and optimization techniques.
Swagatika Mishra, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla, Odisha, India. She has published articles in international journals and conferences and has authored book chapters on nontraditional machining and supply chain management. She is handling a seed-funded research project under the Odisha University Research and Innovation Incentivization Plan (OURIIP). Her areas of interest are additive manufacturing, nontraditional machining, production operation management, operation research, supply chain management, etc. With more than 13 years of teaching and research experience, she has guided many MTech and BTech students.
