Niamatullah Ibrahimi is Associate Research Fellow at the Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation at Deakin University, Australia.

William Maley is Professor of Diplomacy at the Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy at The Australian National University, Australia.
