Biography

Linna Funk Place, a member of the Humanities Advisory Board of the National Council on Aging, teaches history at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a Ph.D. candidate in American studies at the University of Kansas. Linda Parker is reference librarian for women's studies, University Libraries, University of Wisconsin. Forrest J. Berghorn is associate professor of American studies and assistant director of the Gerontology Center, University of Kansas.
