    Margaret E. Hertzig, M.D ., is Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Cornell University Medical College; and Director of the Child and Adolescent Outpatient De­partment and Medical Director of the Nursery School Treatment Center, Payne Whitney Clinic at New York Hospital.

    Ellen A. Farber, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry at Cornell University Med­ical College; and Director of Child Psychology Train­ing, Payne Whitney Clinic at New York Hospital.
