Biography
Pierre Bouchat, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Social Psychology at the Université de Lorraine, France, and a fellow of the Institut universitaire de France. His research focuses on the long-term psychosocial effects of war. He is also interested in the role of collective emotions at the individual, intra- and inter-group levels. Outside academia, Pierre is a reserve infantry officer.
Jais Adam-Troian, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Heriot-Watt University Dubai, and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Kyiv School of Economics, Ukraine, where he teaches persuasion and influence techniques applied to the war effort. His research focuses on the psychology of conflict, including propaganda, violent extremism, and disinformation, with a special emphasis on conspiracy theories.
