Biography

Pankaj Bhambri is a recognized leader in computer science and engineering, currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, India. With over 21 years of teaching and research experience, he has been honored as a Top 2% Scientist in the 2025 Stanford University list. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from I.K.G. Punjab Technical University and a Postdoctoral Researcher Certificate from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Bhambri has an outstanding publication record, including numerous Scopus and SCIE-indexed papers, authored books, and multiple filed/granted patents. He serves as an academic editor for PLOS One, a reviewer for over 100 international journals and conferences, and has edited more than 20 books with leading publishers such as CRC Press, Taylor & Francis, and others. His extensive editorial leadership, combined with his expertise in AI, machine learning, IoT, and ethical computing, continues to shape contemporary research and technical education globally.

Sita Rani works in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, India. She is also a Post Doctoral Research Scientist at Department of Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Muma College of Business, University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA since February 2025. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala, Punjab in 2018.  Previously, she completed Postdoc from Big Data Mining and Machine Learning Lab, South Ural State University, Russia, from May 2022 to August 2023 and Post Graduate Certificate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2023. Dr Rani has more than 20 years of academic, administration, and research experience during which she has worked at various designations like HoD, Training and Placement Officer, and Deputy Dean Research.  She is an active member of ISTE, IEEE and IAEngg. She has been recognized in the Top 2% Scientists list published by Stanford University for the year 2024 and 2025.  She is the receiver of ISTE Section Best Teacher Award-2020, and International Young Scientist Award-2021. She has contributed to the various research activities while publishing articles in the renowned SCI and Scopus journals and conference proceedings. She has published several national and international patents and authored, edited and coedited 21 books. Dr. Rani has delivered many expert talks in A.I.C.T.E. sponsored Faculty Development Programs and keynote talks in many National and International Conferences. She has also organized many International Conferences during her 20 years of experience. She is the member of Editorial Board and reviewer of many international journals of repute. She has also served as vice-president of SME and MSME (UT Council), Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) from November 2021 to February 2025. Her research interest includes Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain Technology, Healthcare, and Sustainable Development.

A. Jose Anand is a Professor at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, KCG College of Technology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has one year of industrial experience and over 25 years of teaching experience. He received his Diploma from the state board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu in 1995, Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Institution of Engineers (INDIA), Calcutta in 2003, Master of Engineering in Embedded System Technologies from Anna University, Chennai in 2006, Master of Arts in Public Administration from Annamalai University in 2000, Master of Business Administration from Alagappa University in 2007, and Ph.D. (Information and Communication Engineering) from Anna University in 2017. He received State 3rd Rank in Bachelor of Engineering. He is a member of Institution of Engineers (INDIA), Computer Society of India, Institution of Engineering and Technology, Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, Indian Society for Technical Education, Engineers Without Borders (INDIA), etc. Dr. Anand has presented several papers at prominent conferences and has published several articles in reputed journals and also published books on professional and engineering subjects. He published several book chapters and acted as editor for edited books with CRC Press and other global publishers. He is a recognized research supervisor at Anna University. His area of interest includes Wireless Sensor Networks, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Image Processing. He also acted as reviewer for reputed conferences and journals.
