    Biography

    Samarendra Nath Sur (senior member, IEEE) received M.Tech degree in Digital Electronics and Advanced Communication from Sikkim Manipal University in 2012 and Ph.D degree in MIMO signal processing from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur in 2019. Currently he is working as an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering. His current research interests include Broadband Wireless Communication (MIMO and Spread Spectrum Technology), Advanced Digital Signal Processing, and Remote Sensing, Radar Image/Signal Processing (Soft Computing). He is a Senior Member of IEEE, member of IEEE-IoT, IEEE Signal Processing Society, and Institution of Engineers (India)(IEI). He has published more than 120 SCI/Scopus indexed international journal and conference papers. He is also a regular reviewer of repute journals, namely IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, IET, Wiley etc. He has co-edited several books with Springer Nature, Elsevier, and Routledge, CRC Press. He is also serving as Guest editor for topical collection/special issues of the journal like Springer Nature, MDPI and Hindawi. He is currently engaged with the International Journal on Smart Sensing and Intelligent Systems as associate editor.

    Agbotiname Lucky Imoize (senior member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, in 2008 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, in 2012. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Before joining the University of Lagos, he was a Lecturer at Bells University of Technology, Nigeria. He was, until recently, a research scholar at the Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, under the sponsorship of the Nigerian Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) through the Nigerian-German Postgraduate Program. He was awarded the Fulbright fellowship as a visiting research scholar at the Wireless@VT Laboratory, Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia Tech., USA, where he worked under the supervision of Prof. R. Michael Buehrer from 2017 to 2018.  He worked as a core network products manager at ZTE, Nigeria, and as a Network Switching Subsystem Engineer at Globacom, Nigeria. His research interests cover the fields of 6G wireless communication, wireless security systems, and artificial intelligence. He has co-edited seven books and co-authored over 200 articles in peer review journals and conferences. He is an active reviewer and editor for over 50 international journals and conferences. He is the Vice Chair of the IEEE Communication Society, Nigeria chapter, a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

    Ankan Bhattacharya obtained his Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India. He is the author of several research papers which have been published in many reputed Journals and Conferences of National and/or International levels. Dr. Bhattacharya is a Life-Member of Forum of Scientists, Engineers & Technologists (FOSET), Member of Institution of Engineers India (IEI) and Member of International Association of Engineers (IAENG). His areas of research are Antenna Engineering, Computational Electromagnetics, Electronic Circuits and Systems, Signal Processing, Microwave Devices and Wireless Communication Technologies. He is also an Editor/Reviewer of many National/International Journals of repute. He has organized/participated in, many National/International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. He is a Series Editor of the book series, “Modern Aspects of Computing, Devices and Communication Engineering”, Chapman & HALL/CRC, Taylor & Francis Group. Dr. Bhattacharya has been active in delivering Invited Talks and has also been a part of many National/International Conferences in the capacity of Coordinator, Session Chair, Technical Committee Member etc.  Dr. Bhattacharya has been appointed as a Guest Editor of Discover Applied Sciences, a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal of Springer Nature. Dr. Bhattacharya is the associate editor of the "Journal of Information Processing Systems (JIPS)", an official international journal of the Korea Information Processing Society. (Indexed in Scopus and ESCI) and also the associate editor of Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS), a SCI Indexed Q1 Journal. Presently he is associated with Hooghly Engineering & Technology College, Hooghly, West Bengal, India as an Associate Professor and Head of Electronics and Communications Engineering Department.

    Debdatta Kandar is born in 1977 at Deulia, Kolaghat, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, INDIA. He has more than 18 years of professional experience. Currently holding the post of Head of the Department and Professor in the department of Information Technology, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, India. Before joining NEHU, he worked at S.K.P. Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim, India. He worked in a DRDO sponsored project and he has several years of industry experience too. He has successfully guided several Ph.D., M.Tech and B.Tech students. Four of his students already awarded Ph.D. degree. He has national and international collaborations for carrying out research works. He has delivered talks in different workshop, seminar, FDP etc. He successfully organized several national and international Seminar, Conferences etc. He also chaired several sessions in different conferences. He has published approximately 90 research papers in different national and international journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. He also published edited book etc. He has completed his PostDoc from Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, University of Johannesburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. He received his Ph.D.(Engg.) from Department of electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, in the year 2011. He has been awarded ‘Young Scientist’ award from Union Radio Science International (URSI GA-2005) at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi, for his research work. President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam invited him at his residence on that occasion. His research interests include Wireless Mobile Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing and Radar Operation etc.

    Jyoti Sekhar Banerjee is currently serving as the Head of the Department in the Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department at the Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India. Additionally, He is also the Professor-in-Charge, R & D and Consultancy Cell & Nodal Officer of the IPR Cell of BIT. Dr. Banerjee did his Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Nottingham Trent University, UK, in the Department of Computer Science. He also completed the Post Graduate Diploma in IPR & TBM from MAKAUT, WB. He has teaching and research experience spanning 19 years and completed one IEI funded project. He is a member of the CSI, IEEE, ISTE, IEI, ISOC, IAENG and fellow of IETE. He is the present honorary Secretary-cum-Treasurer, of the ISTE WB Section. He is the current honorary Secretary of the Computer Society of India, Kolkata Chapter. He is also the Executive Committee Member of the IETE, Kolkata Centre. He has published over Seventy papers in various international journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters. So far, he has published Ten (10) edited books and two Text Books. Currently, he is processing few more edited books in reputed international publishers like Springer, CRC Press, etc. He is also processing four more textbooks; those are now in press. He is serving as Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Advanced Computing (AJAC), Smart Society, USA; Editorial Board Member of the Indian Journal of Technical Education (IJTE) (UGC-CARE List Journal); and Series Editor for “Advances in Disruptive Technologies and Generative Artificial Intelligence”, published by CRC Press, USA. He is the lead author of “A Text Book on Mastering Digital Electronics: Principle, Devices, and Applications”.  Currently, he is serving as the General Chair of ICHCSC 2022, 2023, and 2024; General Co-Chair of GCAIA 2021. Dr. Banerjee is the Program Chair of the Human 2023, 2024 AAIDS 2024. Dr. Banerjee is the Organizing Chair of the EAIT 2024, ICNSBT 2023. 2024, ICACA 2024 etc. Dr. Banerjee, is served as a Guest Editor of ICAUC_ES 2021 and ICPAS-2021 issues in IOP journal of Earth and Environmental Science, Physics, & MAICT 2021 issues in AIP Conference Proceedings, all are Scopus-indexed proceedings. His areas of research interests include Computational Intelligence, Cognitive Radio, Sensor Networks, AI/ML, Network Security, Different Computing Techniques, IoT, WBAN (e-healthcare), Expert Systems.
