    Biography

    Dr. Shruti Jain is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, H.P, India and has received her Doctor of Science (D. Sc.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She has a teaching experience of around 16 years. She has filed five patents out of which one patent is granted and four are published. She has published more than 15 book chapters, and 100 research papers in reputed indexed journals and in international conferences. She has also published six books. She has completed two government-sponsored projects. She has guided 06 Ph.D. students and now has 02 registered students. She has also guided 11 M Tech scholars and more than 90 B Tech undergrads. Her research interests are Image and Signal Processing, Soft Computing, Bio-inspired Computing and Computer-Aided Design of FPGA and VLSI circuits. She is a senior member of IEEE, life member and Editor in Chief of Biomedical Engineering Society of India and a member of IAENG. She is a member of the Editorial Board of many reputed journals. She is also a reviewer of many journals and a member of TPC of different conferences. She was awarded by Nation Builder Award in 2018-19. 

    Dr. Sudip Paul is currently an Assistant Professor & Teacher In-Charge in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, School of Technology, North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong, India. He completed his post-doctoral research at the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, The University of Western Australia, Perth. He was one of the most prestigious fellowship awardees (Biotechnology Overseas Associateship for the Scientists working in the North Eastern States of India: 2017-18 supported by Department of Biotechnology, Government of India). He received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, with a specialization in Electrophysiology and brain signal analysis. He also organized many workshops and conferences, most significant are the IEEE Conference on Computational Performance Evaluation 2020; IRBO/APRC Associate School 2017 and the 29th Annual meeting of the Society for Neurochemistry, India 2015. Dr. Sudip published more than 40 International journal papers and more than 35 conference papers on different International / National platform. He filled eight patents and out of which one granted. He completed more than ten book projects in Springer Nature, Elsevier, IGI Global, etc. Dr. Sudip is a member of different Societies and professional bodies, including APSN, ISN, IBRO, SNCI, SfN, IEEE, IAS. He received many awards, especially the World Federation of Neurology (WFN) traveling fellowship, Young Investigator Award, IBRO Travel Awardee, and ISN Travel Awardee. Dr. Sudip also contributed his knowledge in different international journals as editorial board members and reviewers. He has presented his research accomplishments in many countries like- USA, Greece, France, South Africa, and Australia.
