Behnam Bakhshandeh, Ph.D., MPS is an accomplished business manager, known widely as a dynamic writer, speaker, personal and professional development coach, and trainer. Behnam's formal education includes a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development (WFED) with a concentration on Organization Development (OD) and Human Resources Development (HRD) from Pennsylvania State University, a master's degree in professional studies in Organization Development and Change (OD&C) from the Pennsylvania State University, World Campus, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix.

He is also the founder and president of Primeco Education a coaching and consulting company working with individuals, teams, and organizations on their personal and professional development since 2001.

Foojan Zeine, PsyD, LMFT is an International Speaker, Author, Psychotherapist, and a successful Life and Executive Coach. She has her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She has obtained a graduate certificate in the Topic of Human Behavior from the Harvard Extension School (HES). Her expertise is in Intimate Relations and Addictive Behaviors. She has extensive experience treating Depression, Anxiety, Traumas, and Domestic Violence. Foojan presents internationally and is a leading expert in the field of Online Therapy.

She has published numerous research articles in the field of psychology and human behavior. She is the originator and the author of Awareness Integration Theory (AIT), which is a multi-modality Psychology and Educational approach and intervention toward minimizing Depression and anxiety while improving Self-esteem and Self-confidence. She is the founder of the International Awareness Integration Institute which conducts training workshops to educate and certify psychotherapists, coaches, and teachers in this approach. She is a lecturer/ professor at the California State University Long Beach and Université Paris Cité teaching AIT.
