Biography

D. Sampath is an engineer from IIT, an MBA from IIMA, with over 40 years of experience in industry, leadership in senior management positions, and group facilitation. A former faculty member at IIM Bangalore and TAPMI, he has published more than six books, including those on family business and institutional building. He is a management consultant who bridges Western psychology and Indian philosophy, guiding individuals and organisations towards transformative growth, wholeness, and becoming their true selves.
