Biography
Dr. Rosa Rodriguez is an accomplished researcher and professor, specializing in sustainable waste management and renewable energy. As a Researcher at CONICET and a Full Professor at the Universidad Nacional de San Juan, she leads the PhD program in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Clean Processes. Her work focuses on biomass valorization, biochar, and circular economy applications, bridging academic research and industrial innovation. A prolific author and dedicated mentor, she drives advancements in environmental technologies and clean processes.
Dr. Germán Mazza is a Senior researcher of CONICET, Full Professor at the Universidad Nacional del Comahue, and Director of the PROBIEN Institute. A distinguished expert in chemical process engineering, his work focuses on fluidization, sustainable energy, and thermochemical valorization of biomass and waste. With extensive international collaboration and leadership in scientific projects, he is a prominent figure in advancing eco-compatible technologies and chemical engineering education.
