Francisco Liébana-Cabanillas is a Full Professor in the Department of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Granada, Spain. With expertise in mobile and online banking, Internet consumer behavior, and digital marketing. He has been listed among Stanford University's top 2% scientists worldwide for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Francisco Muñoz-Leiva is a Full Professor in the Department of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Granada, Spain. With expertise in Internet consumer behavior, mobile and online banking, research methodologies, and more recently, consumer neuroscience. He has been listed as Stanford University's top 2% scientists in the world in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Juan F. Prados-Castillo is a Permanent Lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Market Research at the University of Granada, Spain. His research and teaching endeavors concentrate on tourism, the digital economy, and emerging technologies, with the objective of enhancing business efficiency and evaluating consumer impact.
